CC-1690, nicknamed Skarr was a clone commander who served under Pud Mekk during the Clone Wars as a part of the 110th Regiment. He joined the Mekk Syndicate in the waning days of the Clone Wars and continued to serve under Pud following the Rise of the Empire. He wore clone trooper armour adorned with the Rhodan eagle flanked with red and blue lightning bolts.
